Birmingham Zoo celebrates Valentine's Day

BIRMINGHAM - AL -

Animals at the Birmingham Zoo celebrated Valentine's Day a little early Saturday morning. Children and parents watched as a lioness and her cubs tore through heart-shaped piñatas filled with meatballs, sea lions hunted fish and ice treats, and zebras and giraffes munched on paper mache hearts. Guests also learned facts about the animals.
