Your Health: 2-8-13 Stress and young adults

A new medical report says young Americans between 18 and 33 years old are more stressed than the rest of the population.

So, what's stressing out the so called millennials?  The American Psychological Association say, mostly, jobs and money.

The association found that on a scale of 1 to 10, the millennial generation stands at 5.4

stress-wise, significantly higher than the national average of 4.9.   Its survey involved more than 2,000 Americans.

Psychologists say, this group of individuals is growing up in an era of unprecedented economic upheaval.  At the same time, they are finishing school and trying to establish themselves in society.
