National Signing Day is upon us and several high-profile recruits across the country will be making last-minute decisions on where they will be playing football in college.

Both Alabama and Auburn will be waiting on edge today as many coveted recruits make their final choices known to the public before signing their letter of intentions.

The Crimson Tide, fresh off its second consecutive BCS National Championship, is poised to finish atop the recruiting team rankings yet again, but they, like every other team in the country, are not immune to signing day flip-flops and will be watching intently as some undecided prospects finally fax in their letters of intent.

Auburn, led by new head coach Gus Malzahn, has done surprisingly well in keeping a highly-rated class in tact following the departure of Gene Chizik and stud recruiters Trooper Taylor and Curtis Luper. The Tigers are currently ranked No. 16 in the 247Sports team rankings but are primed for a surge towards a top-10 finish if they are able to secure the signatures of guys like five-star defensive tackle Montravius Adams and four-star cornerback MacKensie Alexander.
