Inmate Escapes from Hamilton Work Release

The Department of Corrections is searching for an inmate who escaped around 7 a.m. Thursday.

Paul Junior Breedlove was being transported from his work site in Brilliant when he escaped. The Department of Corrections says that when the van arrived, Breedlove got out and began running to a wooded area.

Breedlove is 5'5" and 130 lbs. He has blue eyes and brown hair.

Breedlove was sentenced to life in Cullman County for robbery in 1984. He has a possible parole date of March 5, 2013.

If you have any information on Bredlove, call law enforcement immediately.
