Tuscaloosa Investigators have charged a Probation Officer with sodomizing a client he was monitoring. They say they also have audio that could prove the allegation.
36 year old Michael Dwyne Burton has been charged with Prohibited Acts and Custodial Sexual Misconduct.
Investigators say Burton was assigned the victim January 10th. The victim told them ever since then Burton had been touching him and trying to kiss him when he goes to check in at the Probation Office.
Police say on Wednesday, they believe Burton performed oral sex on the victim, whom they say provided investigators with audio recordings that corroborated his allegations.
The victim apparently when to DCH hospital to be checked out. Hospital officials called authorities.
