Judge to rule on BP case

Tuesday, BP will learn its fate in the criminal case related to the deadly 2010 oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico.  A federal judge is expected decide whether to accept BP's guilty plea deal.  It requires the company to pay four billion dollars in penalties to settle criminal charges, including manslaughter.

Eleven workers were killed when a BP well blew out, causing an explosion aboard the Deepwater Horizon oil rig.
