Jay Ratliff is the second Dallas Cowboys player in six weeks to be charged with DUI.

The former Auburn Tiger was arrested last week after he was involved in a two vehicle accident with a semitrailer truck 20 miles outside of Dallas, TX. Ratliff's blood alcohol level was measured at 0.16 percent. Texas' drunken-driving standard is 0.08 percent.

Cowboys' teammate, Josh Brent was indicted on an intoxicated manslaughter count stemming from a December 8 crash that killed practice squad player Jerry Brown.
