Truck Stop Honey Bread

INGREDIENTS:

3 cups all-purpose flour (sifted)

3 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup sugar

2 to 4 tablespoons of 100% natural raw honey

12 oz Back Forty Beer Company's Truck Stop Honey Brown Ale

METHOD:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.

Add beer and honey and continue to mix, first using wooden spoon, then your hands. 

Pour into 9 x 5" greased loaf pan (optional: brush melted butter on top of bread dough for crispy crust).

Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
