Suspect arrested and charged with 19 counts burglary in Tuscaloosa

Investigators with the Tuscaloosa Police Department have arrested Jodi Parden and charged her with 19 counts of Burglary 3rd Degree.

Investigators have been working on multiple burglary cases since September of 2012 in the 2300 Block of Veteran's Memorial Pkwy.  In all of the cases there were no signs of forced entry.

On Saturday January 19th, investigators made contact with the suspect, who is a property manager for the condominiums, and transported her to the Tuscaloosa Police Department for questioning. After questioning, Parden was charged with eight counts of Burglary 3rd Degree.  After further investigation she was charged with an additional 11 counts of Burglary 3rd Degree.

Parden was placed in the Tuscaloosa County Jail on a $190,000.00 Bond.

Additional charges are pending.
