The Tech Guy is back from the Consumer Electronics Show, and has a look at some of this year's hot technologies and products.
Large screen TVs with super-high resolution were featured this year, along with high end headphones from scores of companies.
Technologies behind the products were also big, with home automation being at the forefront. Much of the home automation technology was driven by a wireless standard called Zigbee.
Cloud technology was everywhere, with hundreds of products and services designed to take advantage of Internet connections, and the low expense of online storage. Taking your files with you is old-school; accessing files on the go is what's hot now.
Gaming technology seemed just a small segment this year. Cases and other accessories for mobile devices were huge.
