Jimmy Dawson Cunningham Jr. is in police custody in connection to five bank robberies in January.
The Pelham Police Department reports that a suspect in Monday's robbery of Union State Bank is in custody.
Jimmy Dawson Cunningham Jr., 39, has been taken into custody in connection to four bank robberies in Birmingham and one in Cullman.
Deputies with the U.S. Marshals Gulf Coast Regional Task Force and Birmingham Police officers found Cunningham inside a home in the 2000 Block of 36th Avenue North around noon Tuesday.
Cunningham faces robbery charges in Jefferson County, Mountain Brook, Cullman and Pelham.
Cunningham is suspected of robbing the following banks:
