Tuskegee airmen to be honored at inauguration

WASHINGTON - DC -

A group of black World War Two airmen trained in Alabama will be honored during this month's inauguration parade.

A Tuskegee Airmen Float is a tribute to the first African-American military aviators in the United States Armed Forces. Those men were trained in southern Alabama, and flew numerous missions during the war.

The float features a model North American P-51 Mustang.
