After 11 weeks of falling prices, a survey published now shows gas prices are working their way back up. The average cost for a gallon of regular dropped 58 cents from October to late December. Now, the Lunderg Survey shows the price rising six cents over the last three weeks. The current average of $3.32 per gallon is about three cents lower than this time in 2012.
