Ohio man dies after wreck in Cherokee County

One person has died and another was injured after a single vehicle wreck in Cherokee County Thursday evening.

Brett Lonsbury, from Maineville, OH died from injuries suffered in the accident. Kevin Lay, from Loveland, OH was also injured in the wreck that happened Thursday evening about seven miles north of Fort Payne on Alabama Route 35.

Loveland was transported to Gadsden Regional Hospital for treatment.
