Talladega College student charged with making terroristic threats

TALLADEGA - AL -

A Talladega College student is in jail on a $40,000 bond after authorities say he made death threats to classmates.

Investigators say Douglas Fredrick Powell, 23, told two administrators about his plot to kill a group of students. They say Powell talked about killing the students either as a group or one at a time. Powell was arrested Wednesday.
