Lindsay Lohan Back in Court

Monday brings a familiar trip to court for Lindsay Lohan.

Today, she'll learn whether a prosecutor will pursue misdemeanor assault charges against her.
Lohan is accused of punching a woman at a Manhattan nightclub in November.

Her lawyer says the actress is once again a victim of someone looking for 15 minutes of fame.
After today's appearance, Lohan will face a probation violation hearing in California on January 15th.

The hearing stems from a car crash, also in November, in Santa Monica.
The actress has been in and out of court 19 times since 2007.
