Monster jam kicks off tonight at the BJCC in Birmingham, and the event will honor Marines who once again pulled off a successful Toys for Tots campaign. Viewers like you helped organizers reach the 80,000 toy goal.
There are 10 vehicles in this year's Monster Jam, with a "revamped lineup with new drivers and their custom trucks." Drivers of trucks like Ice Cream Man, Grave Digger and Scooby Doo will hit a dirt track. Tons of dirt were bulldozed into the BJCC for the event.
Tickets are $10 and are available at the BJCC Central Ticket Office, at www.ticketmaster.com and by calling 1-800-745-3000. Show times are Friday, January 4 at 7:30 PM and Saturday, January 5 at 2:00 and 7:30 PM.
