
INGREDIENTS:
1 chicken breast
2 sausage links
20 small meatballs
2 cups puréed tomatoes
1 large onion
2 cloves garlic
4 sprigs fresh basil
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 lb large egg noodles
Salt and pepper to taste
METHOD:
Add olive oil, chopped onion and garlic to large skillet.
Sauté for approximately 2 minutes
Add sliced chicken breast
Add sliced sausage
After 5 minutes
Add tomato purée
Simmer for 10 more minutes
Add meatballs
Add salt and pepper to taste
Add basil
Serve over wide egg noodles
