16 year old charged with rape as an adult

TUSCALOOSA - AL -

A Tuscaloosa teen is charged with rape as an adult. 16 year old Freeman Warren was taken into custody early Sunday morning.

Police were called to DCH to meet with a 21 year old woman. They say she was sleeping at a friend's apartment at Forrester Gardens when she woke to Warren raping her.

Warren was babysitting a relative's child at the apartment at the time of the incident.
