The No. 1-ranked offensive tackle in prep school reaffirmed his commitment to Alabama on Christmas Day after committing to Ole Miss in November.

Hill, a 2012 Alabama signee who failed to qualify academically, spent the past season at Hargrave Military Academy. He reopened his recruitment this year and committed to the Rebels on November 16.

"They say it ain't over until it's over. Well, it's over," Hill's mother, Erica Lee, told 247Sports following her son's pledge to Hugh Freeze.

That statement proved to be false Tuesday as Hill, a three-star prospect, announced publicly to Andrew Bone of TideSports.com that he had recommitted to Nick Saban and the Crimson Tide.

The 6-foot-5, 330 pound, Memphis native plans to enroll at the Capstone in January and will provide much-needed depth along the offensive line. Saban will lose senior All-American linemen Barrett Jones and Chance Warmack to graduation and junior tackle D.J. Fluker is seriously considering a jump to the NFL after the BCS National Championship.

Hill became Alabama's 21st commitment for a 2013 recruiting class that is currently considered the top-ranked collection of prospects in the country by both Rivals and 247Sports recruiting services and comes less than a week after five-star receiver Robert Foster committed to the Crimson Tide.

Alabama receivers coach and recruiting coordinator Mike Groh was Hill's lead recruiter.
