Birmingham Police investigating skeletal remains near golf course

An investigation is underway in Birmingham after skeletal remains were found near a local golf course Sunday.

The remains were found in a wooded area near Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail at Oxmoor Valley in Birmingham.

Right now Birmingham Police are declaring it an unclassified death. The cause of death is unknown at this time.
