Suspect arrested breaking into 'bait house'

Tuscaloosa Police responded to a bait house alarm at 3:00 a.m. on December 16th.  The alarm system was installed just three hours before the suspect entered the residence.  Officers were notified and the suspect, 30-year-old Ira Dewayne Rice, was taken into custody inside the residence.  Investigators transported Rice to police headquarters for questioning and charged him with 3rd degree burglary and resisting arrest.  He's at the Tuscaloosa County Jail on a $18,000 bond.
