2010 homicide ruled justifiable by Jefferson County D. A.’s office

According to a release by the Birmingham Police Department, detectives have received a ruling from the Jefferson County District Attorney's office related to the shooting death of Tyrone Davis in the 700 block of Albany Street in June 2010.

The District Attorney's office advised investigators that the case will be ruled as a justifiable homicide due to that the fact that Davis was attempting to shoot the person that shot him.
