One person shot at lounge in North Birmingham

BIRMINGHAM - AL -

One person was shot during an altercation at a lounge in North Birmingham Saturday night.

Birmingham Police responded to a shooting call at the 2500 block of 16th Street North around 10 p.m. and found one person suffering from a gunshot wound, and several people fighting in a parking lot.

The victim was transported to UAB Hospital. The condition of the victim is unknown at this time.
