Federal Judge Daniel P. Jordan III is scheduled to sentence Dr. Meera Sachdeva,
Brittany McCoskey and Monica Weeks after the three were found guilty in a
multimillion-dollar fraud case involving watered-down chemotherapy drugs and used
needles.
Sachdeva
founder of the Rose Cancer Center in south Mississippi pleaded guilty in July
to one count of health care fraud and two counts of making false statements.
Weeks, who
handled the clinic's billing, pleaded guilty the same day to conspiracy.
McCoskey,
the office manager, pleaded guilty May 17 to making false statements.
