Sentencing of Mississippi doctor who used watered down chemo drugs and used needles

Mississippi Federal Judge Daniel P. Jordan III is scheduled to sentence Dr. Meera Sachdeva, Brittany McCoskey and Monica Weeks after the three were found guilty in a multimillion-dollar fraud case involving watered-down chemotherapy drugs and used needles.

Sachdeva founder of the Rose Cancer Center in south Mississippi pleaded guilty in July to one count of health care fraud and two counts of making false statements.

Weeks, who handled the clinic's billing, pleaded guilty the same day to conspiracy.

McCoskey, the office manager, pleaded guilty May 17 to making false statements.
