The Jefferson County Coroner confirmed the two bodies found Wednesday morning inside a Vestavia Hills residence on Montclaire Circle are those of 59-year-old Dave Morrison and his 96-year-old mother Anne Greenway.

Morrison owned Dave's Pizza in Homewood.

"I'm terribly heartbroken this happened," said neighbor Keith Starnes. "We are really close to Dave and really upset."

Around 8:30 am, police responded to the area on a report of shots fired. When they arrived, they found two bodies inside.

Vestavia Hills police said it will be Thursday before more details are released.
