Alabama fan gets two years for “teabagging” incident

New Orleans, LA -

Brian Downing learned Thursday that he will spend the next 24 months in the custody of the Louisiana Department Corrections.

Judge Karen Herman handed down the sentence today, saying that "You put aside someone's dignity and chose to perform a prank. He didn't have the option to say ‘no.' It was stupid. There's no excuse. You're an adult."  Judge Herman also added "The actions that you took on Jan. 9 of this year were morally reprehensible, there's no way around it."

You may remember that after Alabama beat LSU in the BCS Championship game in the Superdome last January, Downing was videoed in the Krystal Burger on Bourbon Street exposing his genitals and pressing them against the neck of a passed-out LSU fan.
