The Go Red for Women Leadership Breakfast will kick off the tenth year of the annual Go Red for Women Campaign in Birmingham. Heart disease is the number one killer of women in Alabama and across the country. The American Heart Association's campaign will help raise awareness of the threat posed by heart disease and give women the tools they need to fight it.

The leadership breakfast will be held Thursday, November 29th at 7:30 a.m. It will feature local business leaders who have made it their mission to help women in Alabama fight heart disease. The event will be held at the Bruno Conference Center at St. Vincent's Hospital.
