Suspects in custody after armed robbery in Birmingham’s east side

Two suspects have been arrested after an armed robbery at a business in the 7800 block of Crestwood Boulevard Tuesday morning. According to the Birmingham Police Department, two armed suspects robbed the business and shots were fired. No injuries were reported.

The two suspects were apprehended in the parking deck of Trinity Medical Center.
