BIRMINGHAM - AL -
The
Birmingham Police Department reports that detectives are conducting a homicide
investigation. The victim was discovered on Sunday, November 25, 2012 at
approximately 11:00 p.m. The
victim's identity will be released pending notification of immediate family
members.
South
Precinct officers were dispatched to I-65 North at the University Boulevard
exit to investigate a report of an unconscious person in a car. Upon
arrival, officers observed the victim unresponsive inside his vehicle that was
resting against the concrete median. Birmingham Fire and Rescue responded and
pronounced the victim deceased. Evidence located at the scene has prompted
detective to investigate this case as a homicide.
No arrests have been
made in this case. If
