Arraignment for man charged in Pelham homicides set for Monday

PELHAM - AL -

The man accused of killing three acquaintances inside a Pelham house will be in court Monday.

20 year old Jon Staggs, Jr. is expected to enter pleas on capital murder and burglary charges. They stem from the deaths of 22 year old Casey Cumberland, 22 year old Joshua Smith, and 19 year old Simeon Gilmore.

The victims' bodies were found inside a house where Smith and his parents lived in early September.
