Alabama receiver Kenny Bell out for the season with broken leg

Kenny Bell's season is over after the Alabama receiver suffered a broken leg in the first half of the Iron Bowl on Saturday.

Nick Saban said in his post-game news conference that Bell will have season-ending surgery to have a metal rod inserted in his tibia.

Bell, a junior from Louisiana, caught one pass for 15 yards in the win over Auburn, and finishes the year with 17 receptions for 431 yards and three touchdowns.
