No. 4 Alabama rebounded from the loss to Texas A&M by shutting out Western Carolina 49-0 at home on Saturday.

Eddie Lacy scored three touchdowns in the win, finishing the day with 99 yards rushing on 10 carries.

AJ McCarron completed all six passes thrown, ending with 133 yards through the air, including a 29-yard touchdown throw to Christion Jones.

The offense totaled 460 yards against the Catamounts.

The Crimson Tide defense pitched a shutout after limiting Western Carolina to 160 total yards of offense, and scored a touchdown on a 57-yard fumble return by Deion Belue.

Alabama will not turn their attention to the Iron Bowl as they prepare to host an Auburn Tigers team in the midst of one of their worst seasons in school history. The Tigers have only two wins this season, but will likely pick up their third victory after their game against Alabama A&M on Saturday.

The Iron Bowl will kickoff at 2:30 p.m. and will be televised by CBS.
