Sunday morning crash claims life of Lafayette teenager

CHAMBERS COUNTY - AL -

An early morning car accident has claimed the life of a Lafayette teenager.

Alabama State Troopers report the accident occurred around 4:00 a.m. Sunday on U.S. 431, about six miles south of Lafayette. 18-year-old Shoraski Durell Holloway was killed when his car left the road and struck a tree. Holloway was driving a 1997 Chevrolet S-10.

Troopers are continuing to investigate the crash.
