Saban's daughter seeking records in fight lawsuit

Attorneys for Kristen Saban, the daughter of Alabama head football coach, Nick Saban, are seeking records from dozens of doctors, hospitals and schools. It's in regards to a sorority sister who filed suit accusing Saban of hurting her in a fight.

Lawyers issued more than 40 subpoenas trying to obtain information about Sarah Grimes. Grimes filed a lawsuit in June claiming injuries from a fight that happened in August of 2010.

She's set to give a videotaped, sworn testimony on the case December 17th.
