The St. Clair Baptist Association Disaster Relief Team will be traveling to Staten Island, New York next week to assist its residents as they continue recover from Superstorm Sandy.
Nine volunteers will be making the trip that is scheduled to arrive in New York on November 14 and return to Alabama six days later on November 20. They will be traveling in two vehicles, one of which will be pulling the "Saw Team Trailer".
The team is looking for donations to fund the trip as their 2012 disaster relief funds are depleted. They need between $800 to $1,000 for fuel alone.
