Judge Roy Moore hoping for victory speech tonight

Judge Roy Moore is optimistic he will win the position of Alabama's next Chief Justice.

Judge Moore, who held the position from 2001 to 2003, gained national attention for refusing to obey a court order to remove a monument of the Ten Commandments from the Alabama Judicial Building.
