A local woman's halloween costume may have contributed to her arrest.
Early halloween morning, someone called 911 after spotting what appeared to be a bloody body slumped over the steering wheel of an SUV. The caller thought the woman in the vehicle had been shot.
When police arrived, they found a woman dressed as a blood soaked zombie. She was apparently drunk and had passed out.
The bloody zombie was handcuffed and charged with DUI.
