More tech in the classroom

Another local school is introducing I-pads to the classroom. Pell City's Iola Roberts Elementary School will begin rolling out its I-pad initiative with 30 tablet computers. Teachers have undergone 2 weeks of training with the devices.

While younger students will have access to the I-pads, either as they are rotated through classrooms or in the library, 4th and 5th grade students will have an opportunity to check out the tablets.
