Tuscaloosa Police seeking identity of EZ Shop robbery suspect

Officers with the Tuscaloosa Police Department responded to a robbery call at the EZ Shop at 1700 Greensboro Ave at 1:40 pm Tuesday afternoon. Upon arrival officers were told the suspect came into the store and asked for an item behind the counter. When the clerk turned around the suspect pulled a handgun and demanded the money from the register. The suspect then reached over the counter and took an undisclosed amount of money. The suspect ran out of the store and was not located.
