CULLMAN COUNTY - AL -
The Cullman County Sheriff's Department, Cullman Police Department, Hanceville Police Department, Cullman Regional Medical Center, Cullman County Commission on Aging and Cullman Regional Extension Office are teaming up to introduce the ''Yellow Dot" program. The free program is designed to help increase the effectiveness of medical care after a crash. While geared toward seniors and residents with medical conditions, it is open to all county residents.
When people sign up, they're given a yellow dot sticker for their windshield, and a folder where they place medical information. It allows first responders to quickly get information about a person's medical conditions, and medications. A sign-up event will be held at ten Friday morning at the Cullman County Sheriff's Office.
