Birmingham Police investigating shooting on 41st Street North

Birmingham Police are investigating a shooting on Wednesday night that left one victim with life-threatening injuries.

The incident happened across from 564 41st North around 10 p.m.

Police say they searched for the suspect, possibly armed with an assault rifle, but were unable to find the person.
