
INGREDIENTS:
1 - 2 lb. Hormel Marinated Pork Shoulder
2 - Medium Yellow Onions - Diced
1 - Small Bag of Baby Carrots
1 1/2 Cups of Water or Liquid of Choice
METHOD:
Place veggies in the bottom of a roasting pan then add Pork Shoulder.
Pour in the liquid and cover with lid or foil for 2 1/2 to 3 hours @ 325 degrees or until 175 degrees internal temperature.
