JEFFERSON COUNTY - AL -
A teenager charged with murder in connection with a triple fatal car crash earlier this month now faces charges in two other crimes.
18 year old Jeffrey Howe made his first court appearance in a Jefferson County courtroom Monday on charges of reckless endangerment and attempting to elude police in a July 7th incident.
He is also charged with attempted murder in a September shooting.
Investigators say, Howe reportedly fired a gun at a person near the Mulga Mart in Mulga. The bullet did not strike anyone, but did hit the Mulga Mart.
Howe was arrested 24 hours after three people were killed on Minor Parkway and Highway 269 in October. Police say Howe was in the car when it hit a SUV killing two adults and one child.
