Residents asked to be surveyed on oil spill effects

GULF COAST -

Residents along Alabama's Gulf Coast are being asked to take part in a survey to help gauge long-term effects of the 2012 BP oil spill. Representatives from the Alabama Department of Public Health will go door to door this week to conduct the 15 minute survey. Participants in Mobile and Baldwin counties will be asked about how their community is prepared for an emergency and their access to health care.
