An Anniston lawyer is believed to have drowned while driving in Glencoe Sunday. Authorities say Randy Brooks was at Dive Land to practice diving skills for a trip to Mexico. The 60 year old was found sitting on a rock in six feet of water. He was wearing a weight belt, his regulator was out of his mouth and his diving mask was still on. Brooks had been a certified advanced diver for about 25 years. Brooks' body was set to be sent to Huntsville Monday for an autopsy. His equipment will be checked for malfunctions.
