Your Health Oct.-15 Medicare enrollment period starts

Medicare open enrollment period for seniors choosing their 2013 Medicare plan starts today. According to the Health and Human Services Secretary, Kathleen Sebelius, in 2013, Medicare will offer a wide range of choices including more four and five star plans. Also, new benefits have been added to medicare because of the Affordable Care Act. The open enrollment period ends December 7. For more on the options to www.HHS.org.
