Voters to decide on rewritten state constitution parts

Some members of the Alabama legislature have tried for more than 10-years to re-write the Alabama's constitution, one article at a time. Two of the re-written articles are ready-to-go before voters on the November ballot. The revisions would bring the language up-to-date and reflect changes in business practices.
