Bobby Baker, Jr's appeal to the
Supreme Court won't be heard. The high
court refused to hear the appeal by the Alabama death row inmate who is accused of murdering Tracy Baker in April
of 1994.
Baker had his sentence overturned and has
been sentenced to death for the second time by the high court. Baker was asking the Supreme Court to rule on
whether the aggravating circumstances that were used to decide whether or not to
seek the death penalty were unconstitutionally vague.
