The man accused of tweeting death threats to President Barrack Obama has been denied bond by a federal judge today.
25-year-old Jarvis Britton will now stay in jail at least until October 16 when he is arraigned.
Britton was indicted by a grand jury on a charge of threatening the president on Tuesday, after which his brother made a plea to the judge to allow him to take third-party custody of his brother if granted a release on bond.
Britton will be held in the Jefferson County Jail.
